Qualifications

What awaits you:

  • Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.

  • Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

  • Innovate new solutions, methodologies and techniques to drive lab efficiency

  • Assess current laboratory landscape and develop a digital transformation journey and value construct to show the value of the transformation and tracking mechanism

  • Design, build and delivery of Lab solutions

  • Develop and execute strategy to analyse the Lab processes, digital maturity and business pain points.

  • Design and deploy project best practice to processes for development of Diagnostic and Therapeutic products.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in one of the following industries: Pharmaceutical, Consumer Goods, Chemicals, Oil & Gas

  • Leadership and mentoring

  • Consulting experience is a plus

  • Informatics knowledge and experience in implementations

  • Delivery Leadership, PMBOK

  • Business Development, Estimation and Planning
