* Please note this role is located in Belfast

The role is to work for Accenture but on behalf of one of your clients, cannot tell you his name at this stage but the client provides branch banking and direct banking services for personal and small business customers throughout Ireland. It’s one of the biggest banks in Ireland.

This role would be a great opportunity for candidates with good customer service experience, great communication skills and ideally experience in the financial services environment.

  • Deal with any phone or email/postal queries from customers in relation to the closure of their bank accounts.
  • Ensure appropriate outbound/inbound contact strategy is adhered to.
  • Ensure calls, tasks and emails are answered within SLA.
  • Ensuring all policies, procedures and controls as laid down by the business are complied with and are applied appropriately in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required by this role.
