THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU 

 

As a transformation specialist, with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization, you will be using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most sophisticated business problems to help their companies do more! You’re as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams!

·       You act as an expert in SaaS in your specific modular level best practices and serve as a client consultant to our customers in the best ways to approach and provide feedback to leadership   

·       You engage our customers in a way that increases retention at point of renewal.   

·       Facilitate platform awareness or marketing campaigns    

·       Ability to support topics and processes that require business acumen as well as deep technical insights    

·       Liaise with multiple customer SME groups and assist them in developing systems 

·       Ability to lead a team with conviction, ensuring proper communication to team members 

·       Ability to ensure milestones are delivered on time, within budget and with the best quality standards 

·       Knowledge of Project Management principles, testing and data migration approaches 

·       Knowledge of integration between SF modules and external system 

 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY 

 

·       Build SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions that transform clients’ recruitment monitoring functions and streamline the recruitment process 

·       Deep SaaS skills with the ability to design, set-up and test prototype and production for Recruitment solutions whilst ensuring that all the pieces work together seamlessly  

·       Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads and client partners to create stand-out recruitment offerings powered by SuccessFactors Recruitment module 

·       Develop positive relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors  

·       Pitch in on sales efforts when needed  

·       Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise   



Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:  

  • Degree qualified 

  • SuccessFactors certification in at least one, or more modules 

  • 5+ years demonstrated ability in SAP SuccessFactors recruitment implementation 

  • Minimum of one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation, including hands-on design and configuration  

  • Customer engagement or customer success experience  

  • Excellent business acumen with ability to simplify complex technical subjects to ensure mutual understanding  

  • Self-starter who can effectively time mange, prioritize, produce with autonomy and provide visibility to key initiatives  

  • Experience in the setup and configuration of SuccessFactors recruitment module including the following areas: 

  • Engaging candidate experiences 

  • Global and diverse talent sourcing 

  • Candidate relationship management 

  • Comprehensive applicant management 

  • Platform
