Description of the role

This position takes ownership for the invoice dispute resolution process and uses tools to lead an assigned customer base. Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with partners is important to ensuring that dispute resolution activities meet the Client’s requirements. Measurements of success are reducing aged debt, improving collections and collating high quality dispute information. You will attend conference calls, resolve problems that delay collections, including timely and communication with departments.


  • Contact partners by phone, email and other tools to ensure timely resolution of all invoice disputes, being pro-active to ensure an overdue situation does not occur.
  • Develop impactful and maintain professional relationship with internal and external partners.
  • Contact partners proactively to ensure all discrepancies are resolved before billing date.
  • Meet monthly dispute resolution targets.
  • Raise to management dispute information to a high degree of quality as required in accordance with established policy.
  • Flexible working hours might be required during client specified key periods (month end).
  • Keep track of all disputes and pre-billing activities as per given process.
  • Conduct training for new joiners within the team and other internal teams.
  • Working on add hoc responsibilities provided by TL.
  • Coordinating monthly Team Meetings to review current issues, updates, escalations etc.
  • Monthly/Weekly Reporting assessing disputes at risk, current status, forecast, results
