Role: HRBP Manager

Duration: 12 months, FTC

Location: Dublin, Ireland

You will join and manage the Operations HR Partners team supporting ~2,500 employees in Ireland. You will lead the human resources activities primarily in talent and career management, performance management, HR service delivery and employee queries.

We are looking for a great teammate who enjoys coaching others and working across all aspects of HR. You will build deep personalized relationships with business leaders and proactively support our people through their life, career and project experiences.

In close relationship with your team of HR Partners and Operations HR Lead you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the key leaders to understand the business vision and strategy to create and implement a talent strategy and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coach and advise leads and employees when needed in people matters and coordinate and deliver HR activities
  • Serving as a partner concern point for personnel and employee relations issues and providing guidance and intervention, as needed
  • Updating management on a variety of HR matters including absence, poor performance, handled terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters, flexible work, advising on legal and policies framework, options and potential risks
  • Coordinating the implementation of people programs and initiatives
  • Researching attrition/retention, analysing trends thorough headcount and exit data and recommending appropriate course of action
  • Accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective HR services by applying internal resources and partnering with Employee Relations and various HR teams
  • Develop and implement strategies and actions to achieve I&D objectives and measure the results and key trends in the practice


Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor degree with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management related field
  • 7+ years Human Resources experience
  • Experience in a large, multi-national organization, shared service centre or consultancy, working with senior leaders
  • Past experience running talent processes such as performance achievement, succession planning along with the ability to understand terminology of talent processes and familiarity with how some are run
  • People management experience and excellent collaboration skills
  • Passionate about HR, people and partnering with the business to enable positive and innovative outcomes
  • HR business partner experience working on both operational and strategic projects
  • Able to drive sophisticated actions to completion, across a wide range of individuals and teams
  • Strong coaching skills; should possess the ability to expertly provide HR guidance to all levels of the organization.
