ABOUT THE TEAM - T&O (TALENT AND ORGANISATION) IN ACCENTURE
You would be joining our practice that helps clients co-create the workforce of the future. How? We make decisions based on data and insights. We give people the tools and roadmaps to do their best work. We create digital experiences employees love. Our approach and our people put us at the front of the pack for talent, HR, and organisational consulting.
We as T&O professionals sit within our Strategy & Consulting practice, partnering with our clients to:
Embed organisational change on large scale business transformations
Design and implement talent strategies that will support business growth
Create and implement new operating models to achieve their business and people agenda
Transform their HR functions to become a more strategic partner to the business, enabled by technology

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Third level qualification
Consultant Level: 3+ years relevant work experience with a working knowledge of talent & organisation/human potential topics
Manager Level: 6+ years relevant work experience with a working knowledge of talent & organisation/human potential topics
Previous consulting experience is highly valued
Experience working in multi-national environments
Strong analytical skills, understands complex issues, quickly absorbs information, excels in conceptual and creative problem solving.
A proven ability to collaborate, engage, and facilitate client meetings and workshops.
Design Thinking skills and experience using digital workspaces such as Mural.
Experience in program and project management (PMP or Prince2 desirable).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ROLE & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Contributing to organisational change and management strategy, solutions, and implementation plans
Learning and sharing innovative human performance concepts, methods, and best practices to help create and shape innovate solutions for our client’s business and technology needs
Cultivating strong and trusted relationships with primary clients and wider stakeholder groups; appropriately managing stakeholder expectations
Deploying training and performance improvement solutions to support technology and business process deployments
Applying communications strategy and helping create message development and delivery across various stakeholder and end user groups
Raising business improvement opportunities as a result of performance measurement and helping to develop ways to influence change and increase adoption
Providing input to the effectiveness of the awareness programs and change management interventions; taking corrective actions to optimise results, as appropriate
Planning own work efforts; adhering to work plans, resource plans, budgets and ensuring high-quality project deliverables
Raising issues and risks, proposing resolution, as appropriate
BONUS POINTS IF:
You’ve got at least 3 years’ experience in 3 or more of the following areas:
Design Thinking
Agile Change (SCRUM qualification)
Visual design
Cloud based solutions
Data analytics
