As a Product Owner, you will join our Delivery Excellence Practice, a team which helps companies achieve greater agility by introducing modern delivery principles and practices to continuously transform how people work. The Work:

  • Asking the right questions to identify and solve the top problems and ensuring the final product meets the business need, delivers maximum value and delights users

  • Leads client relationship and expectations throughout project lifecycle

  • Facilitates trade-off decisions, when needed, by balancing business needs, customer experience and technical feasibility (desirability, viability and feasibility)

  • Takes ownership  and accountability for the product from conception to plan & execution to delivery and maintenance

  • Navigates organisational landscape and effectively leads senior partner elationship to achieve a desired outcome

  • Actively collaborates with partners to create, maintain and prioritise product roadmaps and strategies

  • Enables constant feedback loop to maximise the benefit of the customer and parner feedback by synthesising it and integrating it in the product roadmap

  • Pairs with senior client partners and key personnel to coach them on lean product development (value over requirements) and delivery.



Qualifications

Background and Experience:  

  • 4+ years of product management and development experience in a client-facing consulting environment

  • 5+ years proven track record to drive and deliver a successful Product Roadmap with min 2 years client-facing responsibility or accountability for delivery of technology products

  • Analytical decision-making coupled with a collaborative interpersonal touch

Set yourself apart

  • Experience and certification in SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, JIRA, Rally

  • Validated practical Agile experience with practices like test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, automated test frameworks, and automated tests

  • Certification in Agile (CSM, CSPO, SA, SPC, etc.)

  • Certification or several years of experience in project management and/or ITIL frameworks

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster teams of 4 – 20 people throughout the entire delivery lifecycle

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
