As EU Serialisation -Associate Manager
Serve as Business Process Owner for EU serialisation programs
Work with Global Serialisation programs
Lead Serialisation workshops
Work across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Trade Compliance, and other internal and external resources as a subject matter expert for serialisation related events
Understand the unique requirements of each market so that compliance reporting requirements are fully understood
Seek out areas of continuous improvement in serialisation business related activity. Adapt standards based on industry best practices.
Support packaging design / specification and labeling requirements related to market specific drug product presentation serialisation requirements.
Ensure packaging serialisation processes meet regulatory and brand requirements while maintaining continuity of supply.
Monitor changing regulatory guidance related to packaging & serialisation while supporting the Global Serialisation Management Strategy
Mentor others to ensure diverse skill set & enable learning environment
Background and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field
8 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry in the areas of packaging automation, supply chain, or warehouse. Experience managing projects utilizing serialisation systems from Level 1 - Level 4. Experience with packaging processes and procedures is a plus. 3+ years of leadership experience.
Knowledge of cGMP’s in a pharmaceutical environment
Knowledge of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act and EU FMD requirements
Strong communication, collaboration, and team-building skills; ability to connect with all levels of the organization. Ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong project management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with a high degree of effectiveness
Experience working with third party packaging organizations is preferred
Experience with computer systems validation is preferred
TraceLink Life Sciences Cloud Track & Trace or experience with any Level 4 system
