  • Providing support across a verity of platforms.
  • Providing guidance and consultative support to sales team.
  • Review the ads in given time in accordance with the policies set by the client.
  • Interpret and enforce clients content policies.
  • Perform high quality reviews.
  • Effectively identify problems and issues by performing relevant research using the appropriate tools
  • Ability to escalate when needed according to the process.
  • Being able to keep knowledge of current affairs up to date.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including but not limited to policies, technical issues
  • Ensure the maintenance of high-quality support and a high degree of professionalism

Qualifications

  • Qualification and requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English plus one European language.
  • 0-1yrs experience with content policy or other related areas.
  • Ability to quickly absorb training on tool functionality
  • Strong attention to details and proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work flexibly and to exercise good judgment in a high-pressure environment
  • Comfort in working in a web/ internet environment accessing content for review/ applications
  • Back-office review experience in e.g., case reviews in insurance, claims, healthcare; retail stores promotions, other social media offer/coupon companies, on-line product catalogs, text/copy review in magazine etc. preferred
  • Prior experience working in an environment of frequent change.
  • Prior experience in an online search, social media, internet, advertising, e-retailing, marketing company
