Job Description

The successful Technology Account Lead will manage and grow the portfolio of Technology Services work across new and/or existing clients. A seasoned delivery lead with sales origination and delivery experience, The Technology Account Lead will bring the latest innovation and technology ideas in order to originate, plan, deliver and execute of one or more Technology programs for Accenture or its clients.

What responsibilities will you have?

  • Lead on sales for program growth through net new origination and expansion of existing deliveries

  • Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients

  • Become the trusted partner for existing and emerging clients, in turn influencing the client’s selection process and evaluation criteria

  • Originate, shape and transact opportunities (or a portfolio of opportunities)

  • Own growth plan, negotiations and closing activities for opportunities developed

  • Play a lead role throughout the full delivery lifecycle; mobilising delivery teams, work through initial scope and planning, transition workstreams into delivery, manage successful delivery of programs

  • Work with Client Account Leads and Industry Leads to understand the latest in Accenture offerings and from that develop compelling value propositions to take the client(s)

Qualifications

  • Required skillset

    • Experience delivering large technology programs and leading cross functional and diverse teams to success

    • Originating sales and relationships with C-suite, Directors and at all levels, both at established and emerging clients

    • Demonstrate an ability for independent thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset

    • Strong business and commercial acumen

    Desired Skills:

    • Experienced and credible trusted partner with long-standing clients, in turn influencing the client’s selection process and evaluation criteria

    • Articulation of business case, demonstrating the ability to identify sound business growth opportunities

    • Orchestrating multi-party opportunities across technology or business partnerships/ecosystem

    • Track record of client relevant digital and/or business led opportunities combined with technology or operations industrialisation

    Qualifications

    • A 3rd Level Degree OR Masters in a relevant field

    • 12+ years relevant work experience in technology delivery and/or growing technology services
