  • Performance management career counselling, coaching, performance development,1 1 s, mentoring
  • Daily supervision of the assigned team ensuring the highest possible standard of quality and delivery
  • Review and track daily all production and quality metrics, staffing, timesheets, allocation and distribution of tasks and workload across all team
  • Have an in depth knowledge of the supported workflows and support team to meet and exceeds Client s SLAs and KPIs
  • Working within multiple teams across both Accenture and Client teams to execute project deliverables
  • Identify gaps in the process, promote culture of continuous improvement across the teams and ensuring monthly submission internal and to Client of new ideas and insights
  • Drive and manage global initiatives
  • Prepare Business Reviews and present them to Client Handle escalations and follow up with Client
  • Need to maintain flexibility regarding requests and actions assigned to meet the needs of the Client
  • Ensure all reports are delivered accurately and timely
  • Promote internal career development for direct reports Communicate and celebrate success and achievements
  • Ensuring compliance of Accenture Policies and Procedures, enforcing Accenture core values with direct reports and project
  • Understanding of apps behaviour is desirable as well as being familiar with Social Media.

Qualifications

  • Team Management and Leadership experience is a must 2 years minimum desirable
  • High Attention to detail
  • Motivated and able to take continuous initiatives Self starter, can easily adapt to change new functionality, changing policies
  • Excellent problem solving abilities
  • Familiar with Excel and PowerPoint and able to learn quickly
  • Well developed analytical skills and ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
  • Ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends through data analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and effectively manage time in a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain key relationships with stakeholders in multiple geographies acrossb both Accenture and the Client's Organisation
  • Consultative work style to lead client work
  • Articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self motivating, adaptable and able to inspire and motivate others
  • An ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends through data analysis
  • Ability to build action plans through problem solving skills to improve performance
  • Excellent organizational time management abilities
