Job Description

Responsible for quotation gathering and client approval of new circuit pricing.
Responsible for placing order requests to vendors.
Continuous coordination with vendor until service is delivered
Tracks order progress until completion and communicate with internal requester customer for order updates
Ensures contract is accurately created for billing purposes
Manages deadlines.
Ensures SLA is met as expected.
Leads discussions with carriers vendors for the outstanding orders, challenges, resolution, and updates.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Telecommunications Network Provisioning Technical Support preferably with a Telecommunications Communications Services company .
Good English written verbal communication and customer engagement skills
Full computer literacy, including fluency with computers and software such as email, spreadsheets, etc.
Must be detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
Strong focus in providing an outstanding user experience.
Knowledge of cabling infrastructure, fibre cabling, connector types, optical distribution frames, splice trays, patch panels, various vendor s naming conventions
Knowledge on Telephony and how data internet works
Capable of managing high pressure and short timelines, with the willingness to be flexible
Ability to interface effectively with 3rd party vendors and suppliers
Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and adapt to changing projects and processes
Ability to work independently and work well in a team
Can work under minimum supervision
