Accenture currently has the opportunity for a training specialist to join the organisation, supporting the capability development strategy to facilitate engaging and impactful learning and development interventions. 

We are partnering with Pinterest to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more. Our client’s ad solutions leverage our company’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences as they use our clients’ cutting-edge social media platform.

Responsibilities

  • Support the TNA process across the team and assist in the development of the strategy to close any knowledge gaps identified. 
  • Facilitate and deliver development workshops, classroom-based learning and other ad hoc interventions.
  • Work with SMEs locally and cross functionally globally to evolve training content quarterly.
  • Edit, update and maintain the eLearning content.
  • Work at POD level to develop & deliver more localised training interventions when required.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • A relevant third level degree or additional qualification (CIPD / Train the Trainer). 
  • At least one years’ experience within the L&D or training function in a sales or digital marketing environment.
  • Previous training experience within digital platforms desirable but not essential. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of the TNA process, and evaluation techniques essential.
  • Strong understanding and experience of instructional design methodologies.
  • Proven record in successfully managing multiple projects within a fast-moving environment.
