The Recruitment Delivery Manager is accountable for the overall execution and service delivery of recruitment activities for all S & P and CMT clients in Ireland. Responsible for filling recruiting demand across multiple complex profiles, business units and locations. This position is accountable for developing new and/or managing existing key internal/external client relationships across sphere of influence. This position directs a large number of team leads and recruiters, including contract workers, and liaises with the offshore service center and recruitment services teams, typically delivering results through others. The lead appropriately assigns resources to demand and is ultimately accountable to ensuring their team delivers on budget, on schedule and with the appropriate quality.
Accountable for meeting service level agreements and delivery timelines across S & P and CMT business in Dublin.
Direct and manage execution of recruiting strategy and delivery to recruiting plans
Manage, supervise, develop and mentor the recruitment team, by providing day to day operational guidance and leadership on demand intake, sourcing, candidate management, and hiring execution

Full performance management responsibilities across the HRSS team, fuly engaging in the mid and end year cycles.
Strong stakeholder management dealing with senior leadership, hiring managers and SDL's across our locations in Dublin.
Manage regular status update meetings with clients, recruiters and other stakeholders as necessary
Develop recruiting strategies designed to deliver quality recruits within time to fill and cost per position targets
Interact on a timely basis with the client and HR to understand supply/demand and specific hiring requirements
Act as a Recruitment subject matter expert and champion Accenture standard delivery solution
Execute and monitor sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels, including leveraging shared service sourcing capabilities (on and offshore)
Manage recruitment delivery within financial/budget guidelines
Manage Agency spend per DTE
Serve as key contact for business leadership for resolving issues, engaging in new projects and sharing overall recruiting strategy
Serve as escalation point for recruiting team for resolving recruiting issues
Execute Accenture’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy
Working with the recruitment enablement team to innovate, create and implement new process and ideas.
Ensuring the career launch team are working with recruiters to achieve a world class new Joiner experience.
Working closely with the RSS team to ensure reporting is consistent and up to the standards required by our stakeholders.
Monitor SLAs, client dependencies, key operational metrics, and process and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of additional work experience
- Minimum 6 years of supervisory experience in recruitment environment
- Minimum 8 years of recruiting experience
- Application of Recruitment standard processes, metrics and systems
