ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Creative Producer you will be responsible for delivering a high quality of production on every job ensuring we as a gang produce work the world notices.

A critical role in the agency as the Creative Producer will be to deliver on all projects through the business working with the sister agencies and to maximise collaboration and integration opportunities from initiation to final delivery.

Working closely with the gangs, you will ensure projects are delivered from start to finish and working with the best people and third-party partners to ensure we make work the world notices.

  • You will make things happen.

  • You will work closely with all departments and linking people together.

  • You will scope and ensure all projects are feasible for the budget, timings and legalities.

  • You will identify issues before they become problems.

  • You will work closely with the Executive Producers and Head of Production on making key production decisions to ensure we are using the best partners and pushing ourselves to have the best crafted work possible.

  • Always 2 steps ahead - you will ensure everyone in the team are informed on next steps and their responsibility clearly outlined.

  • You will work within the agency process, methodology and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • You will be flexible (the only constant is change but how you handle that change can make or break any experience or project, flexibility engenders creative thinking)

  • As the pivotal point of the Production team, you will be working on projects with multiple channel deliverables, driving key people to successfully deliver integrated projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Management of a fast paced, high volume content work stream.

  • Be able to facilitate delivery of always on and campaign content across a number of social platforms for multiple brands.

  • Coordination of the team to deliver always-on and campaign activity in line with the agreed planning process and timelines.

  • Scoping of additional ad hoc content or social production projects.

  • Budget reconciliation to monitor time, third party spent vs budget

  • Weekly status updates.

  • Helping to continuously improve ways of working for Content Production.

  • Maintain accurate financial data in Workbook.

  • Management of third parties. Negotiating artist, voiceover and music usage rights if required.

  • Digital knowledge required to allow you to work on integrated campaigns.

  • Be thoroughly familiar with Rothco’s business, its clients and the wide-ranging creative requirements of the agency.

  • Source outside contractors, including producers, directors, photographers, technologists, innovators etc as appropriate. Establish strong supplier contacts and negotiate most competitive deals on every occasion.

  • Finding and building relationships with new suppliers and introducing them to creative teams.

  • Ensure that all creative costs incurred within each project are properly identified and accounted for.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Hands on producer roles of integrated campaigns with a focus on digital.

  • Proven ability to produce campaigns from small to medium scale and managing agency resources to deliver projects of a high standard.

  • Minimum of 5 years in production background be-it Agency, Production Company or TV/Documentary background.

  • Open, approachable and diplomatic.

  • Excellent relationship building skills.

  • Highly organised and flexible.

  • Commercially aware.

  • Good numerical/financial understanding.

  • Excellent EQ skills
