Content Moderation Executive

Amazing opportunity for someone motivated and enthusiastic looking to jump start a career in the rapidly growing social media marketplace. The successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing photos, videos, profiles and text-based content and make judgments as to whether reviewed content is compliant with the client’s policies and procedures. Ensure every piece of content in violation of client’s terms of services is accurately identified and flagged for action in a timely manner with a consistency score, meeting client expectations. This role is offered on an initial 18-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client policies and guidelines while achieving targets set efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that information security practices and standards are observed


Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Fluent English – exceptional reading and writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of cultural context in the market supported (UKI)
  • Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
  • Passionate about the internet and a can-do approach to new processes and skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team adding positive attitude and business focus
  • Ability to communicate in a dynamic environment throughout all management levels
  • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
  • Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure the quality of work execution
  • Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at one time
  • Familiar with MS Applications
  • Must be comfortable reviewing sensitive content including graphic pornography, violence, drug use, child abuse, etc.
  • Majority of your time will be spent on general content music, sports, beauty, fashion, kids, etc. but you will come across some sensitive content on a weekly basis.

*The successful candidates must be available to work shifts*

Due to the nature of this role, the post holder might regularly be exposed to and have to deal with stroboscopic effect images.
