Develop and assess customer experience through direct contact interactions and trend analysis.
Perform quality and performance reviews in sales in English French German via monitoring tools.
Identify improvement opportunities within the SMB sales environment
Sync with TLs multiple times per week as required to share insights, identify focus areas, and agree
on actions.
Conduct root cause and data analysis on QA results in conjunction with sales insights.
Deliver QA sales training and feedback to new joiners, through English French German.
Execute ad hoc requests as assigned by management
Maintain QA checklists and ongoing calibration
Act as Subject Matter Expert SME for QA evaluations
Contribute to the QA Team s development and share knowledge within the team
Keep management team informed of issues problems while offering solutions

1 or more years of experience in a Quality focused role
An expressed interest in building a career in Quality Assurance Human Performance development Tech savvy with an affinity for emerging technology, particularly online marketing technology and ability to learn quickly and maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of the top verticals, Pinterest products, and key trends Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google s G suite collaboration and presentation tools.
Fluent English or French or German as required .
Experience of Salesforce or other CRM tools desirable.
Excellent verbal written communication skills, including outstanding professional telephone and video conferencing presence.
An innovative mind willing and able to contribute creative solutions to business challenges.
Team player collaborative positive style with desire and ability to learn on the fly and grow with the team.
