Your job

  • At Accenture Strategy & Consulting you find solutions on the intersection of business and technology.

  • You offer insights and advice to the customer and support them creating and executing the business strategy.

  • Also, you think about their most important questions and initiatives, such as digital disruption, industry convergence, growth and innovation, operating models, sustainable cost management, business transformations and more.

  • You will be orchestrating expertise from across Accenture’s business including — strategy, consulting, interactive, technology and operations, and have the ambition to continuously develop your market relevant knowledge, your advisory and commercial skills, and are expected and challenged to do so.

With our Utilities practice we provide functional, technology and industry consulting services to Utilities companies. We are industry practitioners with the insights and capabilities to transform leading Utilities organizations and help them navigate the ever-changing landscape they operate in.

As a Consultant you will be part of the Utilities Industry Practice. With this practice we help large clients in Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Energy Retail, E-mobility infrastructure and Water & Wastewater services. You help our clients with a broad range of services such as (digital) strategies and business / technology transformations. You will bring experience in project management and have the ambition to continuously develop your market relevant knowledge, your advisory and commercial skills and seek to continuously drive innovation and value for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Relevant undergraduate/masters degree program in a technical, business or economic direction;

  • 4 - 7 years of consulting experience and/or relevant industry experience in Energy / Utilities or comparative Industry;

  • You have an ability to work under pressure and deliver;

  • You always maintain strong client focus and are value driven in your approach;

  • You manage multiple stakeholders across multiple business and technical groups;

  • Interest in technology and its application;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • You have excellent quantitative and analytical skills;

  • You have an interest in continuous development and like to keep up to speed with the latest industry trends;

  • You are a hard worker and able to work independently;

  • You are comfortable working in a fluid environment across a wide variety of projects and roles;
