Agile Coach, Dublin, Ireland

As an Business Agile Coach, you will join our Business Agility Practice, a team which helps companies achieve greater agility by introducing Lean and Agile principles and practices to continuously transform how people work. We have adopted agility with our clients using outstanding development methodologies for more than 20 years and now, with the 2017 acquisition of SolutionsIQ, we have one of the most talented and experienced agility coaching & delivery teams in the industry.

Background and Experience

  • Demonstrable, hands-on skills in launching and coaching self-organising teams

  • Coaching and supporting product management and product owners to foster a product culture and build quality, customer-driven programme roadmaps

  • Coaching, mentoring and training teams on visualisation techniques and methods

  • Facilitating technical discussions to agree successful outcomes and tackling complex problems

  • Guiding organisations in outcome-oriented evolutionary changes and transformations to support maturity growth and organisational robustness and re-invention

  • A detailed understanding of agility metrics and value tracking across the SDLC

  • Driving endeavours to scale agility and amplify the benefits of lean-agile practices

Set yourself apart

  • Experience in leadership and executive coaching, training and mentoring

  • Agility training experience to help drive adoption of agile ways of working

  • Knowledge of agile tools and methods (Huddle boards, Kanban Boards, Whiteboarding etc.)
