As a transformation specialist, with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization, you will be using your know-how, creativity and analytical powers to solve clients’ most sophisticated business problems to help their companies do more! You’re as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams!

You will play a key role during project discovery, planning, design and play a role throughout the full delivery lifecycle, operate as both business and technology architect across enterprise landscapes and business functions and devise integrated solutions across people, process and technology, while working cross-collaboratively with diverse clients and partner teams.

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead, you will have responsibility for –

  • Mapping business requirements to Oracle functionality to deliver the requirement.

  • Working with client partners to identify gaps and propose solutions using custom solutions or business process change.

  • Leading the design and testing of custom solution components.

  • Managing scope and working to a plan.

  • Managing client expectations.

  • Working with build, test, and training teams to ensure that they are aligned to the overall solution and working optimally.

  • 6+ years working with Oracle Cloud HCM in a consulting or functional BA capacity

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Oracle Cloud HCM

  • Strong Configuration skills

  • Strong Functional Design skills

  • Proven success in executing or meaningfully contributing to Oracle Applications implementation

  • Hands on experience of an R12 implementation in a multi-org environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

  • Confidence in interacting with executive client staff

  • Very strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
