Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure that the applications align with organizational goals and provide effective support for business operations. Continuous refinement and adjustment of the software components are part of the daily activities to maintain optimal performance and usability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth application functionality.
- Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
- Experience in customizing software solutions to align with complex business processes.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management between applications.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
