Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Android Application Development, React.js, Angular.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to customize and extend cloud-based retail execution platforms effectively.
- Experience in integrating applications with various business systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and deploying cloud applications in dynamic environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
