Manage the Network Operation service delivery from Accenture for a global Internet Giant which involves infrastructure related projects and tasks
Manage a team of 20 that includes Telco Network agents, network testers and vendor delivery managers delivering network infrastructure projects including dark fiber, leased circuits, collocation space power, inside plant fiber, testing, Access and dispatch and Peering connectivity from inception through delivery
Solely responsible to manage team s performance, recruitment, trainings, work allocation and quality
Responsible to manage stakeholders from Client and Accenture side
Actively participate in daily weekly monthly and quarterly governance calls meetings
Responsible to meet the SLOs as per the service delivery agreement
Perform Risk and issue management for the team and delivery proactively
Perform the duties of a people manager for the whole team consisting of regular and contractors
Monitor and manage team s demand and forecast with respect to head count
Manage the account financials fully as per Accenture best practice and tools
Perform regular financial analysis for the account as and when required to fuel new strategies and plans
Work closely with finance team in producing and delivering the regular Financial reports and forecasts for the account
Perform monthly invoicing and track the PO along with Finance team
Support in preparing and delivering sales pitch as and when required to grab new opportunities
Serve as the primary escalation point of contact for the whole team and deliveries.
Investigate the methods and processes used in delivery, find and manage changes towards optimisation
Flexibility to deal with Accenture or Client programme changes on an ad hoc basis as the need arises.


Skills Needed

Minimum 10 years of experience in network industry preferably with a Telecommunications Communications Services company
Must have done similar role of managing a delivery and team for minimum 5 years
Previous experience in managing financials of a team or delivery is a must
Previous experience in people management is a must
Good English written verbal communication and customer engagement skills
Excellent command over docs, spreadsheets and power point presentations etc.
Must be detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
Strong focus in providing an outstanding delivery experience
Basic Knowledge of Network infrastructure such as fiber cabling, patch panels, cross connect, peering and link testing
Basic knowledge on Telephony and how data internet works
Capable of managing high pressure and short timelines, with the willingness to be flexible
Ability to interface effectively with customers across the globe
Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and adapt to changing projects and processes
