Job Description
Become an expert in your customer s business and ensure that we deliver to our customer s expectations
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams within your location to achieve business and organizational goals
Empower your team members through mentorship and providing learning opportunities for them to continue growing and learning
Represent and tell the story of your team s performance in internal and client facing business reviews
Forecast revenue and cost in your location and ensure that we meet our financial targets
Inspire and reinforce the innovation culture in your location
Create a positive and nurturing work environment for your team
Qualifications
Preferably minimum 5 years of experience in leading large scale teams
Minimum 3 years working in an operations service delivery environment
Minimum 3 years experience in a client facing capacity
Knowledgeable in Workforce Management fundamentals, financial planning, quality and training management, change management, people program planning execution and service level management
