The successful candidate for the Marketing Ops and Budget Associate Manager role will report directly to the UKI M+C Director and will be responsible for operational matters for the UKI M+C team.
The UKI is one of Accenture’s largest market units and this role will have an important responsibility for the effective and efficient management of the M+C team, budget and people. Success in this role will need deep collaboration and coordination with colleagues across the globe as well as the UKI M+C leadership, and strong project management skills are essential.
We are looking for a candidate with a solid understanding of marketing and communications who has exceptional project management, budget management and stakeholder management skills.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
Fiscal management and planning
Budget assessment and monthly reporting
Procurement and local agency management
Regular M+C planning including responsibility for Brand Maker tool
Regular programme reporting and building quarterly summary reports
Maintaining Microsoft Teams channels and sharing information
Maintaining team blueprint
Managing UKI contractors
Assisting in management of recruitment
Ensure compliance with Accenture policies and protocols
Regular liaison with Europe Operations Lead and Global Finance team
Reports to: UKI M+C Managing Director
Position Skills and Requirements:
Experience of working in a fast-paced marketing and communications environment or agency
Sound communications skills and overall business acumen
Strong project management and budget management skills
Experience managing and briefing third parties and creative agencies
Understanding of a complex matrix infrastructure
Strong communication and marketing skills and deep overall business acumen
Resourceful approach to problem solving and ability to propose creative solutions
Able to build credibility with a large network of key stakeholders, including highest levels of leadership
Excellent collaborator and coordinator
