As part of our global team, you'll be working with cutting-edge technologies and will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of new skills on the job.In our team we:- Help companies better understand consumers and how to connect with them across markets and channels, using data and analytics- Design and deliver highly relevant experiences for consumers in real time, using the latest technologies to increase awareness, engagement, sales and profits- Optimize marketing processes and integrate across the enterprise in order to maximize the opportunities of data, analytics and marketing outcomes- We build, deploy, maintain and scale marketing solutions that reduce complexity and cost- Partner and team with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver the best solution meeting the needs of our clients- Offer our clients end to end solutions and services in Customer Data Management and Analytics, Customer Experience Management, Content Services, Digital Analytics, eCommerce, Marketing and Media Optimization, Marketing Operations, Marketing Strategy, Marketing Technology Services, Marketing Transformation and Merchandising Analytics and OptimizationAs a Conversion Rate Optimisation Consultant, you will:- Run digital journey experimentation and build experimentation roadmaps aimed at improving the end-to-end customer journey and improve the conversion rate.- Work in coaching the organisation in implementing a test and learn culture through an excellent communication and collaboration.- Analyst and understand digital journey, across different properties to understand frictions and make a plan to reduce them.- Support the client in understanding priorities and create test and experimentation roadmaps based on these priorities.- Run the experimentation and implement options within the CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely).- Review the test and suggest permanent changes on the website.- Drive digital assessments at client sites. This includes as is/to be design sessions and documentation to enable solution development.- Interlock across the UK and Ireland businesses to support new business development and client delivery- Be responsible for producing actionable insights and the application of those insights through optimisation strategies

REQUIRED SKILLSET:Must have-- Experience and knowledgeable with CRO tools (e.g. Optimizely)- Launch selected CRO tool and develop a/b tests- Measure effectiveness of customer journeys with CRO data- Create data-based hypothesis with recommended actions to improve customer experience- Run quick paced tests across multitude of channels to support client’s strategic roadmap- Find patterns and vulnerabilities in datasets, validate or reject hypothesis- Create reports and analysis of ROI- Deep understanding of user behaviour- Work in a complex environment in a cross-functional teamDesired-- Knowledge of UX and UI methodologies- Front end development experience.- Good understanding of GA/GTM- Proven history of running digital optimisation programme for global organisationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Digital Optimisation role- Experience with Google Optimize, Optimizely or Adobe TargetDoes this appeal to you If so, we wish to hear from you.Accenture is a leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations.
