As a team: 

 

Working as part of the UKI Payroll Team, the role holder will be integral in ensuring Accenture staff receive a first class experience in all aspects related to payroll. This will include, but is not limited to, implementing payroll controls to ensure accuracy, resolution of issues and performing effective analytics and root cause analysis of any payroll related issues that occur.

In our team you will learn:

 

•        To work with a wide range of stakeholders on a number of issues across a fast-paced matrix environment

  • To develop first class customer service skills
  • To resolve queries and issues promptly and effectively to high levels of customer satisfaction

 

 

 As an Associate Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and monitor SLAs related to customer service and other key performance indicators
  • Develop and implement controls to ensure monthly payroll runs are timely and free of errors
  • Build strong relationships with internal colleagues and employees
  • Be escalation point for payroll related queries across UK and Ireland

 

                 

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

 

  • Excellent knowledge of UK and Ireland payroll and HR processes/software
  • A strong customer focus and polished customer management skills (with experience of working with customers and stakeholders in high pressure environments)
  • Excellent communication skills including clear, professional written and verbal English
  • Working with a high level of tact, diplomacy and sensitivity
  • Accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Working as part of a busy team in a fast-paced, matrix environment
  • The ability to motivate a team to get results
  • Creating and monitoring Service Level Agreements
  • Producing regular KPIs for a wide ranging audience
  • The ability to work autonomously on own initiative either independently or as part of a team
  • A quick thinker with a ‘can do’ attitude and an aptitude for creativity or the ability to adapt as required
  • Payroll control operation and implementation
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Good working knowledge of IT and Payroll systems
  • Strong team player
