The HR Programme and Associate Manager role designs and drives effective implementation of HR programmes and projects.

 

Job Description


The HR Programme and Associate Manager is responsible for a number of key areas within the Operations HR team, including management of strategic projects and initiatives, contractor management interlock and working with AHRS and Payroll to drive continuous improvement and change. In addition to this, the role will oversee the development of employee insights and data. This role will have responsibility for two direct reports

 

Managing Strategic Projects and Initiatives 

  • Act as a central point of co-ordination to ensure effective management and delivery of projects and initiatives
  • Work closely with Procurement to ensure that there is alignment with local Talent Strategy
  • Act as a point of co-ordination and escalation on all matters related to contractors including Employee Relations matters
  • Work closely with AHRS and payroll to ensure effective partnership and identify areas for improvement and change
  • Design change requests as needed and collaborate with AHRS and payroll to ensure effective implementation
  • Manage Payroll Senior Analyst and ensure effective processing of payroll inputs and query support
  • Actively manage all areas of audit, compliance and internal controls.
  • Ensure optimum approach to data management across Operations Ireland
  • Produce monthly dashboard bringing employee insights to business  

Contractor Management Interlock

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years Human Resources experience
  • Experience in a large, multi-national organization or consultancy preferred
  • Experience with a global, multi-cultural, virtual work environment preferred
  • Ability to build, sustain and influence relationships with key stakeholders and able to develop networks as appropriate

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Able to interact with executives 1:1. Professional, quickly establishes personal credibility and demonstrates expertise
  • Knowledge of our HR organization (local/global/functions) a big plus
  • Ability to work in a rapid growth environment and creating structure in unstructured situations.
  • Disciplined, precise, well structured and accurate approach and delivery oriented
  • Recognizes and escalates potential issues on time
  • A flair for process improvement, balancing critical evaluation with innovation and creativity
