Sales Trainer
 
Accenture currently has the opportunity for a Sales Trainer to join the organisation, developing learning strategy and delivering engaging and impactful training to enable our team members to roll a unique digital marketing advertising solution globally.
 
We are partnering with Pinterest to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more. Our client’s ad solutions leverage our company’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences as they use our clients’ cutting edge social media platform.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Identify training needs, develop and delivery engaging training material to address these needs within the team.
  • Oversee and direct workshops, one-on-one training sessions and classroom-based learning.
  • Develop and maintain an onboarding process for new starters.
  • Create and implement initiatives for continuous development and learning targeting experienced hires within the project.
  • Devise a strategy for monitoring of effectiveness of training.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:
 
  • At least three years of experience as a trainer in a sales environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding, or previous delivery of training in digital marketing is a strong advantage.
  •  Ability to work independently as the sole point of contact for training in a large team.
  • A relevant third level degree or additional qualification.
