Trainer (Media Campaign Management)

Role Summary

Overall purpose of job:

The MCM Trainer drives our knowledge assets within our Implementation team. They are responsible for

driving in depth knowledge on our Digital Marketing products both from an onboarding & business as

usual perspective. The successful candidate for this role will have also have strong Customer Service

Orientation and Excellent Operational skills.

Ideally the candidate will have a strong background in the learning environment from an advertising

agency or similar online marketing sector.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this role include the following:

New Joiners

● Liaising with provisioning team to establish onboarding requirements for new joiners.

● Requesting and managing tools accessibility in reserve workflow

● Managing and delivering new joiner training

● Working with team leads to forecast training needs and schedules.

● Maintaining up-to-date and relevant training materials for delivering world class training.

● Scheduling room bookings and any technology required to deliver programs.

● Reporting on completions, non attendance and general progress.

Existing Agents

● Keep up-to-date on the latest product & policy changes to drive relevant training programs

● Work with SMEs and POCs to ensure continuous training updates and refreshers are delivered

to teams

● Identify new areas of learning and plan delivery schedules with POCs

● Plan training sessions and work with Team and Workflow leads to agree schedules

● Provide periodic reporting to management and client where required

● Arranging sessions for client led training on appropriate topics where suitable

● Driving and tracking to completion all mandatory training released

Non-Client Training

● As an MCM trainer your responsibility will extend to non-client training and training on

non-product related topics. It is expected that you will become the POC for Accenture driven

training including mandatory ethics and compliance but also elective sessions that directly

benefit Accenture employees within their current roles.

● Where agreed contracted trainers may be used to deliver specialised subject matter and you

will be their liaison for all matters from enquiry to delivery

● As an MCM Trainer it is important that you work with other internal trainers both on-site and

off-site and with the client

Skills Required :

● Excellent Customer Service Skills

● Expert in reserve product knowledge for all workflows including MCM and CMM

● Reservation workflow including booking, media planning and implementation

● General Administration, Project Management and Reporting skills

● Problem solving skills and the ability to clearly articulate potential problems.

● Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills.

● Awareness of opportunities for Innovation.

● A passion for educating and skilling others.

Qualifications:

● Relevant 3rd level qualification or industry certification in training (can be in progress).
