Mobilisation Manager
 
Job Summary:
 
The Mobilization Manager will work across clients to provide support during Sales stage - Solution Realization and Service Transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience of Outsourcing services. This person will take responsibility of the execution and tracking, issue identification and resolution, and customer relationship maintenance of identified work streams.  The Mobilization Manager will participate in solution architecture planning activities through the transition of work to ensure that the necessary processes and procedures, resources, service management and operational mechanisms are installed and working so that Accenture is able to begin delivering on the Outsourcing engagement.  The scope of these transition activities may be multi-process and span multiple geographic areas.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
·        Support Mobilization Leads and Solution Architects on Deal Shape teams by creating response materials
·        Support Transition Program Manager in the estimation of costs and developing work plans for a work stream
·        Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities
·        Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives
·        Lead a work stream or a Service Transition program and/or plays a key delivery role within a program
·        Define, build, and implement workable components to Service Transition programs by leveraging existing standard solution components as much as possible
·        Adhere to and implement Mobilization methods and tools
·        Define detailed costs and benefits of a given solution/workstream of a Service Transition program
·        Manage internal/external client relationship within their area of responsibility
·        Provide peer review to other service transition activities
·        Manage all Ireland based mobilisation resources and allocation of demand
