We are looking to add talent to our data science team in Dublin. The team perform cutting-edge data science experiment and development using the latest technologies, lean agile and DevOps enabled processes, and a Big Data / AI / Nature Language Processing / Open Un-structured Data technology Innovation. We are based at The Dock, Accenture’s global Centre for Innovation in Dublin. The Dock is a living, breathing innovation hub as an accelerator to help unlock value by design. Operating across all stages of the innovation spectrum, the working environment is open and interactive.



  • Design, development, implementation and management of next-generation informatics and advanced analytics solutions to help Accenture to transform into an intelligent enterprise.
  • Working at the leading edge to deliver both Responsible and Explainable AI solutions.
  • Deploying the full Model Development Lifecycle of developing, testing, implementing, and enabling ongoing maintenance of statistical models. Model types may include EDA, linear/logistic regression, trees based, neural networks, etc.
  • Communicate insights to a variety of audiences from machine-learning experts to business analysts and interacting with clients of all levels to review expected outputs, applicability to business challenges, and model measurement.
  • Develop innovative thought leadership and contribute to the creation of points of view on Accenture enterprise analytics offerings and insights.
  • Collaboratively develop our go to market Data & Analytics strategy and solution offerings based on your extensive industry knowledge and ongoing research.



  • Must hold a postgraduate degree in AI, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Decision Sciences, Applied Probability etc.
  • 6+ years’ experience working in data science projects (especially machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, or knowledge representation and graph), including design, innovation implementation and project management.
  • Proven experience of supporting business development activities, client relationship management especially with senior leadership.
  • Required leadership skills to operate in a team environment involving multi-tasking, support and mentoring of junior resources and the consistent delivery of high-quality client deliverables to budget and on time.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
