Job Title:          HR People Program Specialist - 8M FTC

Location:          Dublin


8 months assignment

 

The HR People Programme Specialist will work with the Human Capital and Diversity Team, HR People Advisors for Ireland BPO and Accenture Enterprise Enablement and play a key role in the delivery of a number of Projects on the People Agenda in the aim to retain talent and enhance engagement within the AEE/Operations organisations.

 

Key activities include:

Identify, create and implement programmes focused on engagement and retention, inclusion and diversity and human capital strategy:

  • Design and deploy new programmes and initiatives working closely with local and global stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for new programmes and initiatives within the I&D and Human Capital space
  • Build strong business case for new initiatives and gain leadership buy-in
  • Manage initiatives as per programme budget
  • Develop metrics to help track progress on specific people programme segment areas
  • Review effectiveness of programmes and take corrective actions as needed
  • Build and maintain online repository of knowledge, updates, best practices etc for easy access and retrieval
  • Support and drive local implementation of global I&D programmes such as IWD, LGBT Month and PWD Month
  • Work closely with I&D teams to support local diversity employee resource groups; including Accent on Gender, Accent on Family, Accent on Ethnicity, Accent on Enablement and PRIDE
  • Play an active role with the planning and delivery of Employee Engagement Programmes working with the People Advocates from each area; including recognition, programmes, wellbeing, behavioural and professional conduct awareness and training programmes and employee engagement initiatives
  • Consolidate and report progress to local stakeholders, leadership and global CoEs
  • Delivery of ‘Pulse Checks’ as needed to provide leadership with a real time view of the mood on the ground
  • Lead role understanding and coordinating the people reporting requirements from the business
  • Assist with other Operations & AEE projects, activities and continuous improvement initiatives as required (primarily around engagement, proactive talent and retention management)

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management related discipline
  • A Human Resources or Psychology designation/certification preferred

 

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 – 4 years Human Resources generalist experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in building successful and productive working relationships
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong teaming skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
