Job Description 

Sales Support Team professionals are responsible for the day-to-day provision of sales related services to Accenture’s Irish practice, including the on-time, compliant delivery of tender materials for Accenture’s wide-ranging client base. 

A Sales Support Analyst/Senior Analyst plays a key role in driving the public and private sector bidding process. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supporting and working within a streamlined bid process, optimising the input of all members of the bid team
  • Maintaining a repository of reusable bid information
  • Contributing to the bid process through a series of structured steps, working closely with SST management and bid teams from the outset of the process, through to tender submission
  • Collating and customising content for inclusion in tenders including Accenture resource CVs, Accenture credentials, and standard tender information under the direction of line management
  • Completing analyses of potential new opportunities and summarising for senior leadership
  • Quality checking and compliance checking completed bid documents.
  • Supporting the Opportunity Management process on an ongoing basis, and supporting the sales booking process.

The successful candidate will have:-
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a discrete operational and organisational task from kick-off through to completion against strict and demanding timelines
  • Strong ability to communicate status to senior team members, ensuring any risks or issues are identified and communicated to leadership for management and mitigation
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with Managing Directors and Senior Managers
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a high-pressure, time-constrained team environment 
  • An ability to ensure strong compliance with wide ranging and mandatory client requirements 
  • Good project management skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing demands across multiple stakeholders concurrently, ensuring quality delivery.

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, with an ability to quickly adapt to changing client demands
  • Strong business writing and English language skills

  • Good knowledge of Accenture’s business capabilities and organisation
  • Strong MS Office / MS SharePoint skills.
