Job Title: Communications Specialist Legal Operations
The Legal Operations Communications Specialist provides Communication guidance and support to Legal Operations including supporting Accenture leadership and teams in their day-to-day requirements with respect to Comms Planning and communications creations.
Reporting into the Legal Operations Communications Manager and sitting within Legal Operations you will work with the Legal Organisation widely to support Operational and project based Comms planning, writing/creating/review/sending.
Structure and organize communications processes for BAU communications and initiatives
Provide guidance and templates to self-enable teams for communications
Align and work with Global Legal Comms Team to align to tools, techniques, brand, guidelines and plans for Legal
Interface with Legal Ops and their customers in the wider legal team to service their Comms needs
Set up a community of practice and education around improving communications as a whole
Reports to Legal Operations Communications Manager
Undergraduate degree completed
Typically has minimum of 2 years of experience.
May be required to occasionally travel domestically or internationally
Will be required to occasionally attend out of normal working hours conference calls to support a global team
Will need to be flexible on work hours at critical times, i.e. Webcast /Town hall planning etc.
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Highly creative and collaborative as it applies to communications
Accuracy and attention to details; prioritizes and plans work activities with a high degree of personal organisation
Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance, learning new responsibilities quickly relative to level and role
Good teaming and collaboration skills
Analytical skills; collects, researches and interprets data
Proficient as end user of related operations tools and systems
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook)
