Job Purpose

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity where you will focus on service reporting for the Customer Services area of Accenture.

The objective of the Reporting Analyst role is the creation of timely, accurate reports and analysis for the Services team leads and management.

The Reporting Analyst will be required to create daily, weekly and monthly reports. The reports will track the performance of the Accenture teams and also track historical data to identify volume drivers. The output of the reports will be utilized to identify areas for improvement and drive process change.

Main Responsibilities

Your main duties will consist of:

  • Day to day responsibility for reconciliation of financial reporting across Services area
  • Develop consolidated monthly reports tracking budget spend, analysing and commenting on variance, reporting appropriate metrics with aim of optimising spend within budget and providing holistic view for Management Team.
  • Work with Reporting Specialist to highlight variances, when savings required, under spend available and options for this based on the understanding of the total F&S budget and variance analysis.
  • Develop understanding of Service Framework and cost model for customers, provide consolidated customer reports highlighting and tracking Service Delivery and Financial performance, where necessary highlight exceptional spend or service delivery items that were not within the model to ensure that the customer can be provided with information relating to action required relating to this.
  • Identify potential issues where customer cost models are not operating within agreed levels and highlight to Reporting Specialist to ensure that customer is informed of exceptional levels or service delivery levels are renegotiated to maintain agreed cost levels
  • Assist in developing and implementing processes for managing financial and management information, ensuring document control, appropriate levels of access to information and consistency of publishing standards.
  • Review & improve financial cycle processes to optimise financial management
  • Develop and compile Service Delivery Reports for F&S at aggregate and Customer Level based on Service Management Framework.
  • Implement processes for managing Management Information, ensuring document control, appropriate levels of access to information and consistency of publishing standards.
  • Compile ad hoc reports as requested for Management Team/Customers

Budget Holder/Reporting Relationships
  • Provide performance feedback on time, highlight poor performance.

Financial Reporting
  • Manage costs recoveries for space used by price book customers and producing monthly reporting on the same, complete monthly chargeouts analysis
  • Consolidate planning, forecasting & reporting of spend for payroll & expenses, prepare monthly report in actual spend v forecast.
