This is an exciting and challenging opportunity where you will focus on service reporting for the Customer Services area of Accenture.
The objective of the Reporting Analyst role is the creation of timely, accurate reports and analysis for the Services team leads and management.
The Reporting Analyst will be required to create daily, weekly and monthly reports. The reports will track the performance of the Accenture teams and also track historical data to identify volume drivers. The output of the reports will be utilized to identify areas for improvement and drive process change.
