Overall Purpose of Job

The Site Training Lead serves as the main training point of contact on managing day to day training activities and trainers’ development. He/she will represent his/her site on local syncs with the rest of the QTP leads and operations managers and senior leadership. The role also entails frequent client facing interaction, may it be virtual or face to face, discussing training activities’ result and up coming client-initiated training request.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly 1:1 coaching with trainers discussing wins, opportunities and action plans
  • Trainer observation result discussion
  • Day to day training activities follow through and result
  • Represent his/her site during client facing syncs on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Scorecard management of the training team by assessing strengths, opportunities and need of performance management
  • Consolidate and report to stake holders the completion rate for major training roll outs
  • Represent his/her site during weekly training touch points with internal stake holders
  • Mobilization team that supports new hire onboarding
  • Operations team that provides insight on help needed of the analysts
  • Quality, Policy, Project Management and Command Centre as required
  • Creation weekly training performance report
  • Consolidate feedback on client driven training activities and communicate back to the client
  • New hire onboarding and upskilling training management
  • Plan trainer assignment, room allocation and schedules
  • Conduct class observation to evaluate trainer’s performance and class status
  • Mitigate class attrition risk
  • Provide analysis on end of training survey feedback from the participants
  • Track 306090 quality performance of each waves
  • Manage disputes under training bucket by holding the team accountable on the timeliness and accuracy of decision
  • Maintain training files to help track day to day activities
  • Support team members training request
  • Operations training request
  • Provide ongoing feedback to processes and solutions to drive change and improvements

Key Qualifications/Skills

  • College graduate with at least 4 years’ experience. Supervisory / Training experience would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Sound decision making and organizational skills
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
  • Proven ability to master the full training cycle
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Experienced in talent management and succession planning

Working Conditions
  • Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement
  • Cyclical work shift including work hours at night
  • Overtime may be required
