The PMO Lead will be accountable for the daily supervision Europe S & P Operations Management program, producing reports, and having responsibility for the of project delivery and governance across EU.

 


Primary Responsibilities

  • Set up and run PMOs for medium and small-scale programmes
  • Standardise and maintain Europe S&P operations management reporting
  • Implement and manage governance standards across S&P Europe, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programme deliverables 
  • Produce status reports for weekly management meetings and executive management meetings to facilitate fact-based decision making
  • Run Europe S&P operational and project meetings
  • Gathering of project data and production of information for management review
  • Manage S&P RAID log and inform stakeholders on high risks and issues identified
  • Manage of PMO resources across Europe S&P Locations
  • Reporting directly to the S&P Delivery Europe Programme Manager 


Success in this position requires exceptional project management skills and client service skills, analytical problem solving and the ability to work effectively maintaining communications with remote teams.


Basic Skills & Experience


We would expect you to have significant skills and experience in many of the following within Business Operations:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer/client facing operations environment.
  • Significant experience as a PMO demonstrating core skills required
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills – including verbal, written and presenting to stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience of managing remote junior and senior stakeholders
  • Active user of social media services.



Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • Demonstrate experience in technical work environments with highly tech savvy teams.
  • Fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Reporting and analytics experience.
