Overall Purpose Of Job

The purpose of the Innovation lead is to support the Media Operation team to drive Innovation across the three Media Ops teams by promoting, tracking and proactively look for opportunities for process improvement. The lead will assist our client with the execution of continuous improvement leading to the reduction of process waste, delivers strategic business insight, aids decision making to maximize client operations or uncover opportunities to grow revenue to reduce costs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Influence and driving the strategy for Innovation.
  • Promoting people empowerment from all levels of the operation to raise idea and any potential operational/process improvements
  • Report on weekly/monthly/quarterly roadmap for success and clear communication if plans are on track, or if scope/timeline has changed
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of client processes to ensure integrity of relevant processes are retained
  • Organize meeting cadence with stakeholders and share updates
  • Need to maintain flexibility regarding requests and actions assigned to meet the needs of the client
  • Working within multidisciplinary teams across both Accenture teams and client teams to execute project deliverables
  • Work Tickets/Queues at a minimum of 30-40% of the time to ensure consistent grip on the process and changes- stay relevant and process expert.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • An ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to develop creative and breakthrough solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain key relationships across both Accenture and the Client’s organization
  • Self-motivating, adaptable and able to inspire and motivate others.
  • Prior experience working in an environment of frequent change
