Job Title-  Market Intelligence Discipline Lead-TR 
Level-        6 - Senior Manager
Location-  Dublin

Job Summary  

The Market Intelligence Discipline Senior Manager will be part of the Total Rewards, Market Intelligence & Annual Planning discipline accountable to manage and direct key processes and initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of the Rewards Market Intelligence function.  Will work closely with the Global Discipline Lead (Market Intelligence & Annual Planning) to ensure the strategy, policies and programs that are developed and implemented are relevant, effective and are closely aligned.  In so doing, they will oversee the development of global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies (contributing requirements, ideas and resource) within Market Intelligence, that align with the business strategy and vision of HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Innovate the Market Intelligence function ensuring ‘state of the art’ processes and high quality market inisghts supporting rewards design and decicions nesses
  • Provide multidimensional market inisghts incl predictive analytics
  • Provide direction and oversight of the key processes in Market Intelligence (including Job Matching Guidelines, Market Data Analysis, Rewards Insights, Guiding the stakeholder, Reporting & Analytics, etc.) 
  • Lead major benchmarking projects impacting HR strategies across businesses and geographies
  • Driving integration within and across the CoE functions 
  • Continuously drive innovation, and high quality & efficiency of the Market Intelligence Process 
  • Oversee and evaluate if Accenture has the appropriate portfolio of surveys to drive relevant and differentiated market data for the various businesses and geographies
  • Establish Relationships with HR and Business stakeholders, HR Shared Service Center Teams, Total Rewards Discipline Teams, CIO Delivery, HR Business Partners and Vendor Delivery Teams 

In addition, this position will contribute/lead other projects/activities within the scope of the Market Intelligence & Annual PLannig discipline on an as-needed basis.

Interaction Total Rewards CoE Disciplines, GU TR teams, DTE HRBPs. Business leaders
Supervision Responsible for managing the Market Intelligence team 
Qualifications and Experience

Education Bachelor Degree 

Work Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of Market Intelligence and Compensation Planning experience 
  • Minimum of 5 years of leading a strong global compensation/total rewards team
  • Minimum of 7 years of Strong modeling (Excel) skills
  • Experience in a large, multi-national organisation or consultancy preferred 
Work Requirements
  • Strong functional and technical experience and background in Market Intelligence and Compensation Planning 
  • Proven record of delivering competitive industry best practice MI solutions 
  • Able to analyse complex problems and propose and deliver insightful and pragmatic solutions
  • Ability to diagnose problems and identify business benefits in order to drive commercial success and raise the profile of HR within the business 
  • Demonstrate a broad knowledge of the internal and external business environment 
  • Experience of creating successful and productive high level working relationships as a means of driving strategy and solution development and implementation 
  • Proven ability to lead work both independently and as a team leader 
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced corporate environment 
  • Professional, quickly establishes personal credibility and demonstrates expertise 
  • Flexibility to work in a global role and interact with stakeholders as necessary across multiple timezones 
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and change management skills
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
  • Advanced modeling (Excel) skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of other Microsoft office tools - Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project 
  • Strong negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills 
  • Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills 
  • Excellent business acumen and industry acumen 
  • Ability to build, sustain and influence relationships at all levels of an organization, and develop networks as appropriate
Key Competencies
  • A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role is required to work effectively across multiple time zones 
  • As this is a global role,  the individual must be comfortable working  and leading a team remotely (i.e. via conference calls, etc) 
  • Occasional international travel may be required
