Operations Manager – Pinterest Digital Advertising
 
As an Operations Manager in the Digital Advertising industry, you will have the opportunity to drive measurable outcomes for Pinterest. Our client’s ad solutions leverage our company’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences as they use our clients’ cutting edge social media platform.
 
We are partnering with Pinterest to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a visionary Operations Lead who is passionate about Digital Marketing and driving the transformation of Pinterest’s relationship with major companies and partners.
Displaying a consultative style, the successful candidate must be an excellent communicator who is comfortable presenting data driven concepts and status updates to senior decision-makers and building the trust of internal and external stakeholders.
 
Candidates must be comfortable with providing data-based insight and should have the proven ability to tell a compelling story around data.  Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who enjoys working autonomously in a highly goal-oriented manner to contribute to our client’s success story. The successful candidate will be a passionate people developer, a proven business operator and with a demonstrable track record of Value creation.

Responsibilities
 
  • Manage multiple sales teams across the EMEA market to ensure that revenue targets are met through the growth of an active sales pipeline
  • Develop and deliver a clear strategy for growth optimization
  • Maximize our client relationships with a focus on building a deeper lasting partnership 
  • Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided to all clients

Basic Qualifications
 
  • High level digital marketing / sales knowledge
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering results and driving transformational growth
  • Ability to earn trust with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence in the appropriate use of data
  • Excellent people management skills.
