Accenture’s Finance & Risk business is growing fast and to keep up with the pace we need your help to build our teams! We seek talented people who have the skills we’re seeking to help us grow our Management Consultant Manager Level within the F&R practice.


We are seeking new colleagues to form part of our high performing teams on key client sites where you will be applying skills across a wide array of disciplines including programme management, business process design, organisational change, regulatory advisory and operating model transformation.


Our teams work closely with clients, building relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders of varying seniority levels with this role requiring strong written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to demonstrate strong relationship management skills.

Finance, Regulatory and Risk Consultants work with our Financial Services client base to help them transform their F&R function through: industry expertise, deep consulting, advisory, provision of radical innovation with new technologies and creative strategies.


What you bring:

  • Finance & Risk Data Analytics
  • Systems / Data Architecture and Governance
  • In depth knowledge of financial institution operations

What you will be responsible for:


Programme and Project Management

Leading programme and / or projects throughout the full lifecycle to deliver the business outcomes, strategic change and regulatory compliance.


Client Advisory and Consulting

Working with our FS clients on approaches and recommendations to finance & risk challenges.


Data & Analytics

Advanced data analysis techniques including customer segmentation, propensity modelling, optimization techniques and predictive modelling.


Stakeholder Management

Credibility in working on client change projects with the requisite leadership and stakeholder engagement skills on client facing work.


People Development

Developing the capability of our future leaders and building the capacity required to achieve our business goals.

Professional Skills & Experience Requirement in one or more of the below:

  • Min 5 years’ experience working in a client facing role, ideally from a consulting, assurance or systems implementation background in financial services.
  • Relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry – specifically within Finance, Risk, or Insurance functions.
  • Experience delivering or forming part of finance, risk or regulation projects and/or programmes.

Qualifications needed:

  • Professional finance, risk, regulatory qualification such as (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), Risk (PRM/FRM), Project Management (PMP, Six Sigma, Prince2).
  • Undergraduate, Post Graduate Master’s degree in Business, Accountancy, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Analytics or related field.
  • Demonstrable ability to consult and advise senior Finance and Risk leaders across multiple work streams.
  • Extraordinary analytic and critical thinking skills, writing skills, communication skills, consulting skills, and ability to work within a team.
