Client Business Partner (Fixed-term contract)
We are looking for a Client Business Partner and Service Delivery Lead to join our team. In this role you are responsible for the management of the end-to-end Business Service Delivery, driving successful outcomes aligned to:
Business Strategy & Priorities
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the client strategy / priorities at Regional and Global level and how Accenture Operations can support achievement of these strategies
- Represent and articulate how the regional and global service delivery team can deliver core business processes today together with a focus on delivery of continuous improvements to support the future business strategy and priorities
Business Planning
- Project manage the Annual Regional Planning process with client leadership
- Collaborate with other region leads to support global alignment, planning and prioritization, ensuring current business factors (operational or budgetary) are fully considered to best enable achievement of strategy and priorities
- Conduct thorough analysis of prior performance factors to identify learnings or opportunities to be considered for annual planning
- Work with the client team to ensure soft and hard factors that can influence the business are assessed and included for consideration in planning
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain existing and new relations with client business leadership & core client team in region
- Responsible for timely communication and stakeholder management
- Co-ordinate and structure communications to support smooth delivery of client’s core business & strategic priorities
- Work across regional and global team to ensure high standard of business service is maintained
Delivery Management
- Deliver scope of services accurately and timely through service delivery team
- Build and maintain a high performing team
- Encourage and develop innovation and continuous improvement practices in the team
- Reporting to Client and Accenture leadership
