Recruitment Administrator


Location:  Dublin,

Workforce: Operations

Type: 12 month contract, view to extend


The Administrator is responsible for supporting the Operations recruitment team.

Responsibilities:
  • Support recruiters with job postings, requisition management, offshore advertising teams
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of databases and reporting
  • Manage multiple administrative requests from stakeholders and prioritize accordingly
  • Drafting contracts for new starters and ensuring all new starter paperwork is completed and processed timely
  • Distribute agreed materials required to support interviews
  • Keep ATAS records up to date with current candidate status
  • Raise PO’s and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely payment
  • Process campaign referral fees in SAP
  • Work to key metrics, KPI and SLA to demonstrate performance
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as required by the team  
Experience Required:
  • 1+ years’ relevant experience as recruitment administrator, HR or corporae administrator role
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisation skills (both personal and of others)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • MIS and analytical skills
  • Proficient Excel Skills
  • Experience in SAP desirable
 
 
Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree desirable but not essential
