Job Title:          Talent Strategy Specialist

Location:          Dublin

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the Global Integrated Talent Strategy team to design and implement global strategic initiatives and programs aligned to our Global Talent Ambition. It is critical for this individual to apply and demonstrate strong analytical skills, analyzing data sets from a variety of sources to produce insights and analytics to inform global strategy and actions. Work with Geographies and DTE’s to coordinate and ensure successful implementation of global programs while ensuring they are aligned to local priorities. Research talent topics with a view to informing and improving our talent programs.  Ensure continuous improvement by actively identifying gaps and proposing and implementing changes and innovative solutions. Design, develop, build and maintain online repository of knowledge updates, best practices.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Good business acumen particularly of Accenture’s business

  • Ability to multitask and progress with efficiency

 

BASIC QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Technology, Statistics or related field
