Summary:

 

The Total Rewards Associate Manager acts as the primary point of contact for any requests for information or guidance on matters relating to Compensation across multiple Career Tracks and levels. This role manages, facilitates and supports the annual Total Reward planning and administration process.

This Associate Manager supports business and HR leadership in the development of the compensation strategies for Ireland. In addition, this role guides the implementation of new or changes to existing global compensation programmes. The role is responsible for assessing changes in the context of the local market and ensuring appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines.

 

The successful candidate will also take responsibility for the implementation of multiple Reward projects of moderate scope, which may impact the whole or part of the Ireland employee base. These initiatives will require the individual to coordinate cross-functional teams from global and local HR, Accenture HR Services and the relevant business areas. Effective influencing and project management skills will be critical to success in leading diverse project teams in a virtual environment.


Key Responsibilities:      

  • Designing, planning and management of annual total reward processes
  • Ensuring that all market data analysis and recommendations are aligned with the Accenture reward strategy.
  • Conducting advanced analysis, e.g. market position, salary range design
  • Development of the strategy and implementation of cash compensation, including base and variable pay.
  • Presentation of recommendations, including budget options, advising on salary ranges and matrices to Accenture Leadership and HR
  • Conducting complex compensation modelling
  • Advising Performance Achievement team on impact of performance achievement changes to the Reward model
  • Advising on Compensation Administration Tool’s system interface requirements as they pertain to the various groups, working closely with the tool support team to resolve issues
  • Acting as a project lead on a variety of Reward initiatives
  • Consulting on, researching, and resolving customer issues pertaining to compensation
  • Developing communications and training materials for Reward initiatives
  • Executing and supervising supporting data analysis
  • Job evaluation for ad hoc requests
  • Identifying and recommending market benchmarks
  • Researching vendors and gathering information to identify recommended peer companies and selected surveys
  • Use external and internal resources to build personal and team knowledge
Key Relationships:

Supervision 
  • Line manager to one senior analyst

Qulaifications and Experience:

Education
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred in Human Resource Management)
Professional Qualifications
  • Human Resource/ Service Delivery Management certification preferred 
Work Experience

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills (analysis of complex and ambiguous data)
