Our Products Consultancy Practice is a small, growing consulting arm within Accenture Management Consultancy, which closely collaborates with our global Management Consultancy teams to drive forward innovation, develop and implement strategies and operating models for our clients and to help our growing client-base to achieve profitable growth and digital transformation in an ever-changing and fast-paced world!

 

To help us achieve our growth plans, we are now hiring for a Management Consultant with specialist Supply Chain experience to work closely with our clients across retail, life sciences, automotive, travel and consumer goods & services companies to understand their supply chain challenges, developing strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing and fulfillment functions within an organization, and connecting suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

As part of our Supply Chain & Operations Group, you will engage and build our client portfolio to strategically improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness, and create synergies and collaboration across companies, focusing on optimizing our client's supply chain through improved and efficient strategies, operating models and processes, by leveraging digital transformation.

Qualifications & Background
  • BA or BSc qualified (specific background in Supply Chain Management, a distinct advantage)
  • 3 – 5 years consulting experience with a focus on Supply Chain Operations or Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Process Development or Quality Development
  • Exceptional project management skills (a recognized PM qualification would be a distinct advantage)
  • A consistent track record of strong delivery of fulfillment and supply chain planning projects.
  • A desire and passion to be the “go-to” authority for Supply Chain industry-knowledge and market trends analysis
  • A strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and across different geographical locations
  • A strong analytical mind-set and creative with a solutions-driven approach to engaging clients and diverse teams
Your day-to-day responsibilities – Working on client-site, you will be responsible for –
  • Leading delivery teams, acting as the Supply Chain SME for all project activities and deliverables, while engaging with senior client teams to develop and build collaborative partnerships that will yield new business development opportunities.
  • Hands-on delivery, design, development and implementation of innovative and forward-thinking solutions
  • Developing and presenting our expertise to new and prospective supply chain clients
