Training Analyst 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver New Hire classroom training to operating staff focusing on all aspects of client product policies and tools. This involves also refreshers, cross-training and other ad-hoc training sessions.
  • Perform ongoing training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, and reports; understanding job-specific functions and tasks
  • Designs effective training plans-based business and client requirements
  • Develop and maintain training material by identifying and describing information needs; submitting initial versions for review; revising and editing final copy
  • Closely partner with Operations management and QA teams, communicating on all training updates, and reporting on regular basis.
  • Attend client’s meeting and present weekly/monthly training achievements.
  • Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations
  • Evaluates training by evaluating effectiveness of training to role
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
  • Works with the TL and quality team to drive agreed targets, QA and other project specific metrics

    • Leadership skills and ability to be professional on a client engagement

 

General Skills & Experience Required:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in learning
  • 1 to 3 years working in training / learning for a service/customer service/sales organization
  • Familiarity with online advertising products and social media
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent facilitation and training best practice skills
  • Must be able to map and follow process
  • Preferred: Experience working with Social Media platforms and tools
  • Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills
