Type: Permanent Position
Location: Flexibility required – City Centre and Southside

The Project Management Officer primary duties will involve covering administration work for the service delivery, supporting management and business operations team. To be successful in this role, the employee must be a strong individual who can support stakeholder management, drive change, process improvement and support the account team when required.  This role will also incorporate a significant project management, assisting the Account Management Team with ad hoc projects on a regular basis and be proactive supporting the service delivery team and business. 

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and co-ordinate communications and decks for key strategic business meetings.
Assist with miscellaneous complex administrative tasks (i.e. locate and complete standard Accenture forms, provide invoicing and accounts reconciliation support).
Keep current and be knowledgeable on Accenture’s tools and technology. 
Coordinate and work with key stakeholders to support end to end processes.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics where required
Assist with escalations as needed
Complete client specific provisioning requests within defined deadlines
Arrange conference calls, video conferences or data conferences occasionally involving a global audience.
Develop reports for business need on a adhoc and proactive basis.
Run reports on financials for accounts when required.
Compile, process and analyse data based on research objectives and prepare reports 
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and stakeholders
Ensure the timeline and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Support strategic initiatives across account, act as poc for key initiatives and projects.
Develop solutions for key issues identified and help to establish and develop innovation initatives.

Key Skills & Experience Required:
Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proficiency in various tools excel and other key packages for running reports.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude 
Minimum of 3-4years’ experience in a challenging environment and/or Account Manager position
Ability to work with utmost discretion and regard for confidentiality at all times 
Capacity to work on own initiative 
Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work with team 
Ability and ease in operating effectively and professionally at all levels of the organisation and with all stakeholders
Action orientated approach in dealing with issues in an accurate manner 
Commercial awareness 
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent working IT knowledge – with strong Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint abilities
Must have experience in a multinational/global environment.
