The Role

 

To support the Client Experience Lead in the delivery of Global and High-Profile Client Sessions within The Dock.  To deliver a range of support tasks in a flexible environment - including support required outside of normal business hours.

 

Reporting to the Client Experience Lead, the Client Experience Analyst will be responsible for supporting the following:

 

§  The delivery of all client sessions taking place at The Dock

§  Liaising with all operational teams to deliver high-end services and experiences

§ Deputise for the Client Experience Lead during periods of absence and act as a point of  escalation

 

             RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Management and Planning

·        Assist with hotel, restaurant reservations and transfer bookings.

·        Manage all back-end administration – book space, manage agendas, agree floor plans, schedule planning meetings with project teams, gift sourcing, maintaining session database, communication of requirements at weekly operations meeting, researching the profiles of incoming guests etc.

·        Track session spend and to ensure it is in line with the agreed budget.

·        Support session invoicing, processing PO’s and spend management.

·        Manage session checklist and liaise with all clients, client account teams, vendors and onsite teams.

 

Delivering Customer Service Excellence

· Act as the key point of contact for EMS/Customer Service/Facilities/Transportation/Catering, actively seeking out and responding to feedback in order to deliver a high level of customer service.

·      Provide onsite support and meet-and-greet for all client sessions.

·   Work with and leverage internal teams to ensure successful delivery of all client sessions.

·      Provide dedicated and personalised executive support to clients when onsite.

·      Provide advance checks for offsite client activities and dining arrangements

·     Deputise for Client Experience Lead during periods of absence and acts as a point of escalation to ensure consistency of approach and management of standards.

·     Provide flexible support for early-morning/late-evening events.

Knowledge, experience, and technical skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in relevant role; 
  • process; event management;
  • Excellent MS Office package skills
  • Knowledge of Accenture ways of working is an advantage

Professional Skills

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and support multiple areas of responsibility at the same time
